About The Event

Tournament Entry Fee - $410 per team includes:

· Practice Round (cart not included). Call Pro Shop (315-483-6777) for tee time. 

     o To be played between June 14 – July 6

· Tournament golf on Thursday, Friday, Saturday (cart not included)

· Tee gift for each player (point options with FootJoy)

· Thursday Stag Night – Italian Food Stations, Closest-to-the-Pin Contest, Putting Contest

· Friday & Saturday Lunch

· Saturday Dinner for each player (spouse/guest $35 extra per)

· Prizes – teams to compete within flight for Pro Shop credit

· Awards for overall champions

· Daily Closest-to-the-Pin Contest

· $10,000 Hole-In-One Contest during Saturday round

Tournament Format:

· Match-Play, Two-Man Better Ball, 90% course handicap

· Flights of 6 teams, pre-flighted by team combined handicap

· 9-hole matches, round-robin within flight

· Scoring – 2 points per hole, plus bonus 2 points for match winner

· Flight winner tie-breaker – (1) # points in head-to-head match(es), (2) chip-off

· Flight winners will compete in “Shoot-Out” to determine overall champions

     o Immediately after Match #6

     o Alternate shot, to be completed on holes #1, #2, #8, #9

     o Elimination format TBD, based on number of flights

Calcutta:

· $50 entry per team (optional) - buys half share of your team

· Other half share of each team to be auctioned off during Calcutta Auction - Wed, July 7 @ 7PM 

· Calcutta payable to 1st & 2nd in each flight, with increasing payouts for overall 1st, 2nd, 3rd 

     o Exact percentages to be announced prior to auction, dependent on # of teams

Pari-Mutuel:

· $10 minimum per wager, pot split – 1st place (50%), 2nd place (30%), 3rd place (20%)

· Thursday, Friday, Saturday – payouts to those who wagered on teams who earned the 1st, 2nd, 3rd most points for each day 

· Overall – payouts to those who wagered on teams who finish 1st, 2nd, 3rd in “Shoot-Out”

     o Must wager prior to Thursday round

· 7:00PM – Calcutta Auction in ballroom

Thursday, July 8

· 10:30AM – 11:45AM – Check-In, Tee Gifts, Pari-Mutuels, Side Games 

· 12:00PM – Match #1 

· Match #2 – Immediately following Match #1

· Stag Night – Italian Stations (cash bar), Closest-to-the-Pin Contest, Putting Contest

Friday, July 9

· 9:30AM – 10:15AM – Check-In, Pari-Mutuels

· 10:30AM – Match #3 

· 12:45PM – Lunch in banquet room

· 1:30PM – Match #4

Saturday, July 10

· 8:30AM – 9:15AM – Check-In, Pari-Mutuels

· 9:30AM – Match #5, boxed lunch during/between matches

· Match #6 (Position Round) – Immediately following Match #5

· “Shoot-Out” – Immediately following Match #6

· 6:00PM – Cocktail Hour (cash bar)

· 7:00PM – Dinner and Awards Presentation

Other Details:

· All players must have an attested USGA handicap

· Maximum guest handicap will be 35 (stroke maximum 35 x 90% = 31)

· The tournament committee reserves the right to adjust guest handicaps after first day

ENTRY:

Entry Deadline is JUNE 25, 2021

· HOWEVER, with the match-play format, the first 48 teams are guaranteed a spot in the tournament field. After that, teams will be placed on a waiting list, until 6 teams sign-up to form another full flight. 

· An entry is deemed complete when entry form AND payment is received.
