David Jones -Head Golf Professional
David has been the golf professional at Sodus Bay Heights Golf Club since April, 2007. He is a 1997 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in their award winning Professional Golf Management Program. David was elected to PGA membership in July 1999. Upon graduation, he assumed the First Assistant role at Kings Creek Country Club in Rehoboth Beach, DE. After 5 years in that position, he relocated to his home town of Waverly, NY to become the Head Golf Professional at Shepard Hills Country Club. He is an accomplished teacher and has a true passion for both the business and game of golf. He lives in Ontario with his wife Jennifer and children Cameron, Cole and Clare.
Mike Munger -First Assistant
Mike has been an employee at Sodus Bay for the past nine seasons, working his way up through the different jobs at the club. He has an associates degree from Monroe Community College in golf management and is currently working on the PGA of Americas curriculum to become a class A PGA member. He is experienced in teaching, tournament management and merchandising.
Andy Smith - Second Assistant
Andy has been an employee at Sodus Bay for the past three seasons. He is now in his second year as in assistant in the golf shop. Andy is a graduate of Misericordia University where he earned a bachelor's degree in sports management. He is currently working towards class A membership in the PGA of America.
